2. Geltungsbereich
Für blockchain-unlocked.com und die Tools: Brutto-Netto-Rechner, ETF-/Aktien-Vergleich (Watchlist), Ethereum-Metrics, Bitcoin-Multisig-Vorschau sowie das CoreVault-Wallet (sofern lokal oder von Ihnen gehostet).
3. Welche Daten wir verarbeiten
Server-Logs: IP, Browser, Zeitpunkt, URL – Betrieb und Sicherheit (Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. f DSGVO).
Local Storage: Sprache, Einwilligung, optionale Watchlist/E-Mail – nur auf dem Gerät.
E-Mail + Watchlist (optional): Zur Pro-Freischaltung senden wir einen Bestätigungscode an deine E-Mail. Nach Verifizierung speichern wir E-Mail, Watchlist-Ticker und Zeitstempel unter data/watchlists.json (außerhalb des öffentlichen Webroots). Zweck: Pro-Zugang und Sync. Rechtsgrundlage: Einwilligung (Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. a).
Pro / Informationen: Mit der Einwilligung darfst du wichtige Infos zum Tool erhalten; ein Newsletter kann folgen. Widerruf jederzeit an die E-Mail oben.
Brutto-Netto: Eingaben bleiben im Browser.
OpenFIGI: Browser kann Identifier-Anfragen an openfigi.com senden.
CoreVault Wallet: Tresor-Geheimtext, DemoNet-Salden und Sprache liegen typischerweise in localStorage auf Ihrem Gerät. Entsperrte Seeds und Schlüssel liegen im RAM und werden beim Sperren bzw. Schließen des Tabs gelöscht. Sentinel benötigt kein Konto. Guardian/Sovereign können optional E-Mail und einen verschlüsselten Blob (Geheimtext, keine Klartext-Wörter) speichern — nur wenn Sie diese Stufen aktiv nutzen und einen Server betreiben. Passwörter verlassen das Gerät nicht im Klartext. CoreVault liefert keinen Werbe-Pixel. Wenn Sie CoreVault hosten, sind Sie Verantwortlicher für Server-Logs und optionale Kontodaten dieser Instanz.
4. Cookies
Essenziell: Local Storage. Werbung (z. B. AdSense) nur falls aktiv und – soweit nötig – nach Einwilligung.
5. Speicherdauer & Rechte
Logs nur so lange nötig; Local Storage bis du löschst; Server-Watchlist bis Löschung/Widerruf. Rechte: Auskunft, Berichtigung, Löschung, Einschränkung, Widerspruch, Beschwerde bei Aufsichtsbehörde. Löschung: im Tool unter Account oder per E-Mail.
6. Änderungen
Wir aktualisieren diese Erklärung bei Bedarf. Es gilt die hier veröffentlichte Fassung.

2. Scope
Applies to blockchain-unlocked.com and tools: net-salary calculator, ETF/stock compare (watchlist), Ethereum metrics, Bitcoin Multisig preview, and the CoreVault wallet (when run locally or hosted by you).
3. Data we process
Server logs: IP, browser, time, URL — operations & security (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
Local storage: language, consent, optional watchlist/email — on your device only.
Email + watchlist (optional): To unlock Pro we send a verification code to your email. After verification we store email, watchlist tickers and timestamps in data/watchlists.json (outside the public web root). Purpose: Pro access & sync. Legal basis: consent (Art. 6(1)(a)).
Pro / information: With consent you may receive important tool updates; a newsletter may follow. Withdraw anytime via email above.
Salary calculator: inputs stay in the browser.
OpenFIGI: the browser may request identifiers from openfigi.com.
CoreVault Wallet: vault ciphertext, DemoNet balances and language typically live in localStorage on your device. Unlocked seeds and keys live in RAM and are wiped on lock or tab close. Sentinel needs no account. Guardian/Sovereign may optionally store email and an encrypted blob (ciphertext, not plaintext words) — only if you use those tiers and operate a server. Passwords never leave the device in plaintext. CoreVault ships no advertising pixel. If you host CoreVault, you are the controller for that instance’s server logs and any optional account records.
4. Cookies
Essential local storage. Advertising (e.g. AdSense) only if enabled and, where required, after consent.
5. Retention & rights
Logs as needed; local storage until you clear it; server watchlist until deletion/withdrawal. Rights: access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection, complaint to a supervisory authority. Deletion: in-tool Account actions or by email.
6. Changes
We may update this policy. The version published here applies.
